Three times the work, three places for records to drift — and when a consultant asks how a mix was derived, the evidence lives in scattered spreadsheets and paper trial-mix records.
Built from 14 years inside a ready-mix technical department — starting as a lab technician, ending as an area manager. Mixora is the missing technical layer above whatever ERP or batching system the plant already runs: specification upload with structured extraction, absolute-volume mix design with spec constraints locked in, lab test engine with auto-computed results, grading compliance against BS EN 12620 / ASTM C33 envelopes, daily moisture correction, a compliance matrix where every cell cites its evidence, and a submittal generator that assembles the consultant-grade package. Three-tier approval gates and an append-only audit log make every mix defensible from specimen to signature.
